Yes, you have a 14-day right of return for non-personalized products. Returns are unfortunately not possible for personalized products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us in advance for a return address.
Yes, in the Seelenlichter category, all our products are printed with the greatest care using a 3D printer and hand-finished. Each piece is unique and reflects attention to detail.
